PointsBet Review
PointsBet US no longer operates as a standalone brand - acquired by Fanatics in 2023.
PointsBet US no longer exists as a standalone sportsbook. Fanatics Holdings acquired the entire PointsBet US business in 2023 for around $225 million, including state licenses, technology, and customer accounts. Existing PointsBet customers had their accounts migrated to the new Fanatics Sportsbook platform during 2023-2024. The Australian-listed PointsBet entity still operates in Australia and Canada, but the US brand has been retired. Notably, PointsBet US was the only book that offered full "PointsBetting" - a spread-style product where wins and losses scale with margin of victory. That product did not survive the Fanatics migration. If you are researching PointsBet for US betting, see our Fanatics review instead.
